These options are accessible to all employees or retirees enrolled in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. Based in Glen Burnie, Maryland, the Health Plan is part of the American Postal Workers Union and employs approximately 200 staff members serving over 205,000 individuals covered by the plan.
